Narvo Intelligence is NDPA-registered in Nigeria and GDPR-aligned for European and diaspora traffic. The canonical legal text is maintained by Termly / iubenda and updated quarterly; this page is the plain-English mirror.
What we collect on narvointelligence.xyz
- No cookies. No tracking pixels. Analytics, if enabled, is served by Plausible — cookie-less, no fingerprinting, no cross-site transfer of behavioural data.
- Contact-form submissions: the name, email, and message you voluntarily send. Stored only long enough to reply. Deleted on request.
- Error telemetry via GlitchTip for the minority of pages that execute client-side code — anonymous stack traces only, scrubbed of request bodies.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or broker personal data.
- We do not share visitor analytics with third parties.
- We do not embed social-network pixels of any kind.
Your rights under NDPA & GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, export, or erase any personal data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@narvointelligence.xyz. We respond within 30 days, typically much sooner.
Product-level privacy
The consumer app (narvo.news) and the public listen-now surface (narvo.live) each have their own privacy addenda at narvo.news/privacy and narvo.live/privacy. The B2B platform (platform.narvo.news/privacy) covers tenant-level data handling separately.
Terms of service
The corporate portal is an informational site. There is no account, no service consumption, and no liability arising from visiting this surface. The consumer app and the B2B platform each publish their own enforceable Terms at their respective domains — those terms govern all commercial interaction with Narvo Intelligence Ltd.
